Rachel Steps into Retail Manager Role at Tasmania Football Club 

Tasmania Academy of Leadership and Sport (TALS) student, Rachel, has taken a major step in her career, securing a full-time position as Retail Manager with the Tasmania Football Club.

Building Experience Through TALS 

During her time in TALS, Rachel has gained hands-on experience across areas including retail operations, customer service, and leadership. She’s applied these skills in real settings, from managing merchandise stands to coordinating logistics on game days. 

Her studies provided a foundation in areas such as: 

  • Stock control and inventory management 

  • Team leadership and communication 

  • Customer experience and service delivery 

  • Risk management and WHS 

Transitioning Into the Industry
